Jess is doing her research in collaboration with the National Structural Integrity Research Centre (NSIRC) which is based at TWI in Cambridgeshire. Whilst on placement with her sponsoring company, Jess was chosen to represent the NSIRC students and explain her research to the Mayor during his visit to TWI.
